Founded in February 2018, Investis Capital was created with the purpose of advising families and companies on financial and asset planning and investments in an independent, ethical, and structured manner.
From its inception, it was conceived as a heritage architecture platform — not merely as an advisory firm, but as an environment for long-term organization, awareness, and decision-making.
With the maturing of the institutional vision and the increasing complexity of the developed structures, a new chapter began in 2023. At that time, Investis became a partner of Indelta, giving rise to clearly defined and intentionally segregated architectures, dedicated to the business structure and asset organization of other families.
This move definitively established Investis as an institution dedicated to heritage architecture—and no longer as a service company.
Based on this institutional maturation, Investis was formally redesigned to operate as a Single Family Office, constituting a private family structure dedicated exclusively to the governance, protection, continuity, and strategic direction of family assets.
The intentional separation between the private and external environments ensures institutional clarity, structural integrity, and the absolute segregation of interests and distinct identities.

INVESTIS FAMILY OFFICE is the trade name used by Investis Capital Investimentos e Serviços Ltda, a private legal entity, registered under CNPJ No. 29.685.570/0001-44, duly accredited with the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 19/2021, for the exercise of securities consulting activities.
Investis Family Office operates within the context of a private family wealth governance structure (Single Family Office), dedicated to the organization, protection, and strategic direction of family assets. It is not characterized as a public offering of financial products or services, nor as a fundraising effort from third parties.
Any external involvement, when it exists, occurs exclusively through legally and institutionally segregated structures, with their own independent identities.
